The Supreme Court of the United States ruled
last week that the prisoners at the U.S.
Naval Base Guantanamo Bay had the right of
habeas corpus. The Bush administration needs
to charge them or release them.
Other alternatives, imprison them elsewhere,
not subject.

8 percent of those prisoners released from
Guantanamo were found fighting the United
States or engaged in terrorist activities.
Despite reports in the media, prisoners are
